- Job Duties:
- Job requires receiving grain at elevator, preparing scale tickets, monitoring to ensure compliance with moisture and grade standards, transferring grain to proper storage location, operating augers and other automated grain moving equipment, transferring grain from storage bins to truck bins prior to shipment, shoveling grain to remove grain that cannot be removed by automatic conveyor equipment, and performing housekeeping duties to ensure that storage locations are properly maintained. Applicant/employee must be able to operate tractors in bin yard, perform maintenance & minor miscellaneous repair, be able to climb vertical grain leg.
