Job Duties:
temporary workers will chop bait in the morning,clean purge tanks daily, go to farm to push boat crawfish, come back to shop to wash crawfish, weigh and tag crawfish, and drive prodcut to market. Bring small crawfish to peeling plant to sell. fix leaks on leaves, fix crawfish traps, monitor water levels in crawfish field. Must be able to lift and carry sufficient weight to move equipment and crawfish sacks necessary to complete assigned tasks.  The Employer will rely on workers own representations and observations of workers to assess if the workers meet this qualification. Base hours offered is 40 hours offered; overtime hours are usually offered during plentiful season and may include an additional 10-40 hours of overtime work depending on the nature of the season.
