- Job Duties:
- Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2092 Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse such as: Direct and monitor work during planting and harvesting of crops; Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Inform farm managers of crop progress; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery such as swather, truck, baler, plow, landplane, drill to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest forage and grain crops; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Maintain inventory; Trap and destroy pests such as moles, gophers, and mice; Repair, fashion, maintain farm buildings, fences, water structures, and other structures; Attach implements using hand tools; Ship, receive, sort; Perform land management such as mowing and spraying; Open and close gates; Maintain fields for mineral and nutrient availability

- Special Requirements:
- Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
