- Job Duties:
- Operating crawfish boat; running traps; collecting and sorting crawfish; purging, cleaning, washing crawfish; bagging and moving bags in and out of trailer; recording information and informing managers of progress; set up and operate irrigation; repair farm structures; clean work areas; pull and winterize traps, and remove silt and dirt; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite; speak and understand english.

- Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. . Lift up to 50 lbs.
