Job Duties:

Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Rice & soybeans to include: Field prep, water maintenance, drive tractor, planting and harvesting of rice & soybeans assist with loading /unloading rice trucks, maintain rice bins to include clean up rice spills, sweeping rice spills. Crawfishing involves manually cutting up of fish bait, operate crawfish boat, baiting of traps and frequent stooping and lifting of traps and working outside in inclement weather conditions. lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements; tools, supplies & equipment are provided at no cost, may be subject to random drug screen paid for by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise - this is a drug free work zone. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. Must have legal authority to work within the United State
