- Job Duties:
- Duties to operate boats in the ponds during the baiting and setting of crawfish traps and to assist with the harvesting of crawfish from the traps in the ponds during the crawfish harvesting season. Preparing the crawfish for distribution. Assisting with the cleaning and preparation of sugar cane fields. Once hired, workers may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to workers. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Once hired, workers may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to workers.
