- Job Duties:
- Farm hands with row crop experience. Basic knowledge of land leveling with gps satellite, diesel mechanics, combines and tractors preferred. 3 months verifiable row crop farming experience required. Strong work ethic with a willingness to work in extreme temperatures. Workers will maintain equipment, facilities, and farm land. They will plant, harvest, maintain cotton, soy beans, corn rice and other crops as determined by market needs. Work entails all aspects of row crop farming including but not limited to installing and removing poly pipe, installing and managing levy gates, operating farm trucks to deliver crops to market. Good attitude with willingness to do difficult manual labor of shoveling or hoeing when necessary.
