Job Duties:

8300 acre Corn, Soybean, Rice and Peanut Operation. Prepare and operate tractors, sprayer, implements, trailers, augers, grain bins, etc. for field preparation, planting, harvest and grain storage. Perform incidental maintenance on equipment. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools or farm workers. Have experience operating some or most of equipment involved, but we can provide training of some equipment to the right person. Most everything is Auto Trac equipped. We also have Laser grading equipment for Precision land leveling, an excavator, a 590N Case backhoe, Case IH 3320 sprayers. Crops: Corn, Peanuts, Rice, Soybeans, Wheat

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
