- Job Duties:
- Workers will operate 180-500hp farm machinery to till, plant, spray, cultivate, and harvest corn, hay and bean crops. Workers will maintain and repair equipment and facilities. Must be physically able to regularly lift 50 lbs., climb and check grain bins, and have no fear of heights. Workers will assist with and feed cattle, check and make repairs to farm fencing, water troughs and farm buildings. No smoking is allowed on property or housing. Workers must have 3 months experience of heavy equipment operation, tech or GPS navigation experience is helpful. Drug screens will be conducted upon accident or incident and will be at the cost of the employer. Failure or refusal of the drug test is grounds for immediate termination.
