- Job Duties:
- Job duties include the following, but are not limited to: Drive and operate farm equipment for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting and harvesting grain and oilseed crops. Attach farm implements such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil, rock picking, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Manual labor - laying poly pipe, assist with irrigation of crops, drain excess water from crops, putting in rice spills and removing of rice spills. Walking fields to remove weeds - chop with hoe or remove with hands. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and perform incidental repair to farm machinery. Maintain and clean agricultural building and yards. Crops: hay, wheat, soybeans, rice and corn

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months verifiable experience is required. Most work is performed outdoors and workers will be exposed to warm, hot and humid conditions. Work requires physical and manual labor and job duties will require workers to walk and sit extensively. Some tasks might require workers to perform activities on their feet in stooped or crouched position for long periods of time. Workers will be expected to lift equipment, tools and items to perform job duties that weight up to 75 lbs. Workers must be able to obtain driver's license within 30-90 days from hire.
