- Job Duties:
- Performs the following duties for row crop farming: tractor driving, truck driving, irrigation of crops, work on farm equipment, wash equipment, driving sprayer, planting, harvesting , cultivation, etc. of crops, installing irrigation pipe driving backhoe, shovel work when needed, grain bin work when needed, mowing around fields and buildings when needed. May ask workers to do some work around the office on the farm ONLY if rain prevents work from being done outdoors. Equipment: Tractor, trucks, combine, sprayer, backhoe, trackhoe. (All John Deere) Crops: Cotton, Rice, Soy Beans, Corn

- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Repetitive movements is required.
