Job Duties:

We farm 4,000 acres corn and soybeans. Employees will assist with row crop - planting and harvesting corn and soybeans. Employees will deliver grain to and from the farm, assist with mowing, prepare grain storage for fall, and operate a semi truck, tractors, and tillage equipment. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial or heavy truck driving is required.

Special Requirements:

Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company hiring practices as allowed by law. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license. Require 3 months experience.
