Job Duties:

Clean, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Set up, repair, maintain, and operate irrigation equipment; Inform farm managers of crop progress; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Haul and spread topsoil, fertilizer, and other materials to condition soil; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; Build agricultural structures; Attach implements using hand tools; Attend to live farm animals including cattle by calving, vaccinating, branding, ear tagging, feeding additives/vitamins; Remove snow; Operate equipment to cultivate, till, fertilize, plant spring crops, lettuce, peppers; Clean irrigation ditches; Swath, rake, bale, stack, move, store hay.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
