- Job Duties:
- The Farmworkers will perform any combination of the following duties in connection with nursery related work. Prepare soil and growth media, cultivate, prune and otherwise participate in horticulture activities. Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery and self-propelled machinery to grow and harvest nursery stock, plants and trees. Haul and spread top soil, fertilizer, etc. to condition land. Tie, bunch, wrap and pack flowers, plants, shrubs and trees. Harvest full-grown crops requiring digging, balling, and heavy lifting. Mix chemical solutions, such as fertilizer, herbicides and pesticides and spray plants. Hours may vary based on weather and crop conditions.

- Special Requirements:
- Work in all weather conditions. Random drug testing may be required post-hire to US and non-US workers at employer expense for safety of workers and patrons. Ability to lift 80lbs. The employer assures that workers hired under this order who will be handling pesticides will be provided appropriate training. Hours may vary based on weather and crop conditions. Employer agrees to provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
