Job Duties:

I run 350 mother cows. Will be involved in calving and taking care of them. Will be involved in making hay. Also will be involved in the grain farming side. Run primarily late model case equipment. Farm about 5000 acres wheat corn beans Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: attach/detach implements, clean work areas, guide products on conveyors to regulate flow through machines, haul and spread materials such as but not limited to fertilizer to condition the soil, load crops and drive trucks to transport to and from fields and/or storage locations or facilities, load and unload materials and commodities, load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields, maintain inventory, mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter, spreader, sprayer type machinery, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment, repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures, tend to livestock by feeding, medicating, general care, grading, sorting, working, placing identification on, or relocating, use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: augers, bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, bailers and other hay equipment, grain carts, manure spreading equipment, mowers and other landscaping equipment, pickups, cars, etc, semi trucks, skid steers, swathers, bailers, and other hay equipment, tillage equipment, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: cattle, corn, hay, silage, soybeans, wheat. Will be required to perform tasks on their own; speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

One (1) month of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
