- Worker will perform all job duties according to the instruction and supervision of the farm manger, horse trainers, riders and senior staff.
Extremely specific instructions may be given regarding care for particular horses, sometimes on a daily basis. Workers must be physically fit to work on their feet in bent positions for long periods of time, and must be able to endure manual labor through extreme variant weather conditions, between temperatures of 31 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit, and in wind and rain.
Worker must appear promptly at or before the designated start time on each workday and competently perform a full day of work until the designated end time. Attend to, groom, and care for horses according to instruction. Perform general stable care. Provide horses with water, food, and supplements as instructed, and administer medications as necessary. Assist in pre-foaling, labor, post-foaling, foal turnout and care, and mare teasing and weaning. Transport horses between stable, grazing, and training areas as directed. Worker may perform other labor incidental to the listed job duties, such as cleaning animals' quarters, maintenance of farm facilities and equipment, and other similar tasks (see attachment for further details).
Equine duties include assisting with horse breeding and foaling, grooming and handling horses, stable attendant, tractor driving, water and feed horses, and overall equine care during the horse breeding season which runs from February through November.

Extremely specific instructions may be given regarding care for particular horses, sometimes on a daily basis. Stable Attendant will not supervise any other workers and will regularly report to their supervisors regarding work performance.
Worker must attend required orientation, which time will be compensated. Workers will be expected to comply with all provisions of this Clearance Order and the Company's work rules, policies and procedures, and to perform any and all assigned tasks in a work-person-like and efficient manner. Failure to do so will subject the worker to the employer's disciplinary procedures. The employer endeavors to produce a premium product. This is a demanding, competitive business. A high-quality product is expected and demanded by our customers. Sloppy or improper work cannot and will not be tolerated.
