Job Duties:

Workers are responsible for the repair and upkeep of various farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment. Their tasks include: determine and check issues with farm machinery and small farm equipment, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance. Maintain inventory of all repairs and adjustments of the work completed for future reference. Workers will clean and lubricate parts to ensure machinery operates smoothly. They will also handle maintenance and repairs of farm structures, including greenhouses and shade houses, ensuring that these buildings remain in good condition to support agricultural operations. This role is essential for maintaining the functionality and efficiency of both farm equipment and infrastructure.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker.
