- Job Duties:
- Calve out calves during the calving season. Care for calves and nursing mothers. Vaccinate and treat sickness. Move cattle to and from summer grazing pastures. Prepare the ground and till the soil. Operate farming equipment in order to plant, spray, fertilize, harvest and haul grain and soybean crops. Bale and stack hay. Maintain and repair fencing. General farm maintenance duties such as servicing equipment, basic facility upkeep and shop work.
