Job Duties:

We are a family owned farming business. We plant and harvest our own corn and soybeans. We haul our own grain with farms-trucks. Employees will need to operate tractors to do field work, load and unload trucks at grain facility, and assist with all crop raising, harvesting, and grain bin cleaning. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial or heavy truck driving is required.

Special Requirements:

Job requires extensive walking. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background. Must be able to lift 100 lbs. e.g. moving equipment. Job requires a regular drivers license within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
