Job Duties:

We need seasonal employees to assist with tillage, planting, moving, trimming and harvesting corn and soybeans on our own farm. Employees will be required to operate tractor and auger carts, tractor and disc ripper, mowing grass, trimming weeds, hauling grain and unloading grain bins. Employees will be required to complete repairs and maintenance on tractors, trucks, combines and other farm equipment. Employees will also complete repair and maintenance on farm buildings, grain bins and fix field tile. From September until November employee will operate combines to custom harvest of corn and soybeans as listed on the itinerary. Employees will only be assisting with custom combine duties while working at the customer locations listed.

Special Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Employees must have a regular driver's license and must be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hiring with truck driving experience. Require 3 months experience.
