Job Duties:

Operating equipment in connection with the application of production inputs on grain and oilseed crops. Operate tractors, pickup trucks, and other equipment and implements. Perform manual labor in connection with the application of production inputs on grain and oilseed crops such as lifting bags of seed, fertilizer, and containers of chemical. Mix chemicals for loading into equipment. Load fertilizers and chemicals into equipment. Sweep around shop area and wash all equipment. Assist with bush-hogging and hauling chemicals and fertilizer. Assist with routine repairs and maintenance on equipment, machinery, buildings, and fences. Mow and weed-eat lawns at worksite. Operate pickup trucks to obtain parts and other supplies. Employee should be prepared to work into the night during the growing season, and work on most weekends during the growing season. Employer may request, but will not require the employee to work on his or her Sabbath.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months of experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain driver's license within thirty (30) days following the hire and maintain clean driving record. Must be able to withstand extreme temperatures and be able to lift up to seventy five (75) pounds.
