Job Description
- Full Time:

- Job Duties:
- February - March: Support with the pruning of 400 trees, parapets, checking and repairing of irrigation system, organic fertilizing and general orchard maintenance. April - August: Responsible for the rotational watering of sections of the orchard. Plant and maintain farmers market garden. Daily adobe bricking making for 1 hour daily. Assist with casita building and repairs. August: Ensure all system and materials required for the pistachio harvest are ready and in working order. September: Time sensitive harvesting, de-husking, drying and storing of annual pistachio crop. October-November: Sort, roast and package pistachio nuts. Prepare orders for delivery to regular customers.

- Special Requirements:
- Three(3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain a clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 70lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
