- Job Duties:
- Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Irrigation of crops working with poly pipe and rice flooding irrigation. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil; plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment and trailers. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. General lubrication, cleaning, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Hauling crops from the field to the grain tanks and elevator. Crops: Corn, Cotton, Milo, Rice, Soybeans

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
