Job Duties:

Load and unload crops or containers of materials, manually or using conveyors, handtrucks, forklifts, or transfer augers. Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery. Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors and combines. Attach farm implements such as harvesters to tractors, Weigh crop-filled containers, and record weights and other identifying information. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Drive and operate farm machinery to harvest and store grain crops. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. we provide electronic communication free of charge or deposit to all of our workers the entire length of their employment. We provide cell phones to every worker free of charge or deposit, and there are radio transmitters in the equipment.

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 1 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience.
