Job Duties:

Job requires a semi skilled farm worker, has the ability to use modern farm equipment such as GPS equipped tractors, set irrigation waters on drip systems, or sprinklers. Drive tractor trucks from field to shed with hay, produce , other farm products. Be simi mechanically inclined able to repair flats on the farms and service equipment. Be able to operate forklifts go through packing equipment and do basic repair and set ups, such as replacing bearings, belts. During harvest of produce workers will be involved in harvesting produce. Also workers may be involve3d in weeding crops to maintain them clean and field sanitation keeping fields in clean conditions. Cleaning and maintence on all facilities on farm including produce sheds, hay sheds.

Must be able to obtain a CDL Drivers License. workers need to be able to Lift 25 pounds such as spare tires, tools. Works is in west Texas in the summer temperatures can be pretty extremes as high as 100 degrees, workers must be able to work in the sun.
