- Job Duties:
- FARM LABORER: Worker will be required to complete the following activities as directed by supervisor: maintain varieties of trees and shrubs; plant, cultivate, thin, transplant and harvest fruits and vegetables; prepare soil, fields and tree blocks for planting; tree block maintenance, including mowing, weed whipping, and applying fertilizers; dig and remove planted trees/plants from field; load and unload trees and supplies; general maintenance and clean up, including removing debris, rocks and other trash on the farm, pulling weeds by hand, and cutting grass; scraping old trees; pruning; staking; perform maintenance and repair irrigation installation and maintenance; drive and operate skid-steer, tractor, or other farm vehicle as directed on farm property only. Pay will be hourly.

- Job requires worker to complete tasks in Strawberries, Pickles, Apples, Sweet Corn, Tomatoes, Green Beans, Pumpkins, Peaches, Squash, Pears, Raspberries. Employer will provide instructions and training on specific job duties. Experience Requirement: 3 verifiable months of commercial agriculture experience hand harvesting fruits or vegetables required. Applicants must furnish job references from recent employers within the past 5 years establishing acceptable prior experience. Drug testing done at employers expense and not utilized as preemployment tool.
