- Job Duties:
- Perform duties such as drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest, and store crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disk and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate. Install and maintain crop irrigation system including laying poly pipe, spill rods, levee gates and shoveling levees. Maintain power units and irrigation systems. Load and unload grain and fertilizer at storage facilities. Use loading equipment including forklifts, augers, conveyor belts and grain decks. Sweep and shovel grain bins. Mix, load, haul chemicals and fertilizer for applicators. Tow harvest equipment. Drive trucks to transport crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Mow and maintain farm service roads. Service, wash and maintain farm machinery, equipment and vehicles. Repair buildings, fences and other structures on property and other farm related duties. Must be willing to work long hours including weekends. Must be a team player, listen well, accept instruction and work with minimum supervision. Crops: Rice, Soybeans, Corn, Cotton, and Wheat.

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Overtime and taking holiday is mandatory. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
