- Job Duties:
- EMPLOYEES WILL BE EXPECTED TO PRUNE, PICK AND PACK PEACHES SEASONALLY ALONG WITH INTERMEDIARY ORCHARD MAINTENANCE CONSISTING OF MOWING, WEEDING, IRRIGATING, AND PLANTING. EMPLOYEE MUST HAVE A TOTAL OF THREE MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN THINNING, PICKING, AND PACKING PEACHES AND BE PREPARED TO DEMONSTRATE ABILITIES DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS AND MUST HAVE REFERRAL FROM PAST EMPLOYMENT IN SIMILAR WORK EXPERIENCE. EMPLOYEE WILL BE EXPECTED TO WITHSTAND VARYING HOURS OF WORK DURING EXTREME OUTDOOR TEMPERATURES AND IS EXPECTED TO MAINTAIN THE PACE OF THE CREW. employer will abide by all of Colorado's agricultural laws to include Senate Bill 21-087 ("SB87") and any subsequent Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Orders (COMPS order)
