Job Duties:

Working grain and agronomy operations. Including loading fertilizer trucks and unloading grain trucks. Trucking duties include hauling fertilizer, water and grain. General maintenance around the yard and facility. CDL Preferred. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all local and federal regulations regarding work hours and breaks. Employment may be terminated for the following reasons: Repeated absenteeism or tardiness, Violation of safety protocols, Failure to perform job duties satisfactorily, Misconduct or insubordination and Substance abuse on the job and operating machinery and vehicles.

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Operator License Class D Candidate will have 60 days to obtain.
