Job Duties:

Apply fertilizer to fields. Employees will operate company owned trucks for transferring grain and fertilizer. Assist with the train loads going out and agronomy train loads coming in. Assist in monitoring and maintaining grain quality. Assist with the mixing and loading of liquid/dry fertilizer and chemical products Conduct and help manage inventory. Assist with the operation of the scale to weigh products. Perform routine maintenance and repairs of equipment and vehicles. Employees will be required to operate single or double axel trucks, forklifts, scale operations, augers, front-end loaders, and application equipment. Sweep and clean out grain bins.

Special Requirements:

3 months agricultural experience. Must be able to climb to heights of up to 200ft. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Workers must have a valid, insurable drivers license or be eligible to apply for same at no cost to the worker. Employer reserves the right to conduct employer-paid random and/or post-accident drug testing in accordance with state law. Any employee who declines to take or fails a drug test will be immediately terminated. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background. Must be proficient in English. Employer may deduct for willful destruction of property. Must have school diploma or GED.
