Job Duties:

Supervise and coordinate planting and harvesting of cotton, soybean and wheat crops. Experience managing farm labor. Must have experience and knowledge of GPS guidance systems, tractors, and harvesting equipment such as combines and cotton pickers. Must have knowledge of the different varieties of planting seed and chemicals as well as how to mix chemicals. Must have experience irrigating crops. Must have knowledge of post-harvest activities necessary to prepare the ground for the following year. Crops : Corn, Cotton, Pecans, Soybeans, Wheat

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 12 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
