Job Duties:

Workers will be handpicking, sorting, grading, carrying, cleaning, stacking, sorting boxes, boxing, dumping blueberries by color and ripeness. Workers may lift up to 60 lbs. Workers will be expected to conform to the specific instructions given for each days work. Workers may also perform small field maintenance tasks such as weeding, picking up trash, shoveling, irrigation repairs. Instructions and general supervision will be provided by the employer or a designated team leader. Workers will be expected to perform their duties in a timely and proficient manner and will have close supervision to ensure adherence to instructions. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action. Workers are expected to follow general rules and food safety rules. Tools will be provided to the workers at no cost by the employer. Work in inclement weather (rain, heat, cold, hot, humid) weather may fluctuate work hours (+/-); possible downtimes. $14.68/hour 35 hours a week.
