- Job Duties:
- We operate a 4300-acre farm where we grow corn, milo, wheat, soybeans and feed. We also do swathing and baling. We need a seasonal employee to assist with all aspects of growing these crops including planting, drill feed and wheat, running farm equipment including tractors, planters, swather, baler and rake. Employee will need to assist with general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
