Job Duties:

We operate a custom harvesting business as well as farm our own ground. We need seasonal employees to assist with custom harvesting and farming milo, corn, soybeans, wheat, and oats. Employees will need to operate equipment including combines, tractors, semi-truck, and trucks to complete these job duties. Employees will need to operate a grain cart to haul grain from combines to storage/trucks. Employees will be required to complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.

Special Requirements:

Job requires extensive sitting, repetitive movements, exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures and the ability to lift 50 lbs. We will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. We require a regular drivers license and must be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire. We also require 3 months experience.
