- Job Duties:
- We are row crop farmers of corn, beans, peanuts, wheat, and cotton. Our crop season includes planting, maintaining, and harvesting the crop. Preparation for the planting season begins in March. Once the crop is planted, we need assistance maintaining the crop during the growing phase. Harvesting begins in September and is finalized in December. Job duties will include: prepare fields for planting, attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools, operate tractors, planters, sprayers, operate other farm equipment, engage in planting, weeding, spraying and/or harvesting activities, load and unload crops or materials, manually or using conveyors, handtrucks, forklifts, or transfer augers, mix specified materials or chemicals, and dump solutions, powders, or seeds into machinery, operate equipment to harvest crops, record agricultural data, inspect, adjust, and complete routine maintenance, repairs and cleaning of equipment Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.

- Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Job requires repetitive movements. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a regular driver's license. Requires 3 months farm experience.
