- Job Duties:
- We need general farm labor to assist with our farming operation. Employees will need to help till, plant and raise wheat, canola, soybeans and sunflowers. Employees will operate all farm equipment including farm trucks and tractors. Complete farmyard upkeep including building maintenance and repair. Complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Haul harvested crops from fields to storage locations. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial trucking is required. Employer may provide a performance based incentive bonus at the end of the contract at employer's discretion.
