Job Duties:

We need seasonal employees to assist with application of fertilizer and anhydrous ammonia to fields. Employee will need to fill and haul anhydrous ammonia nurse tanks. Apply fertilizer to the field with a self-propelled spreader. Apply chemicals to the field with a self-propelled sprayer. Employees will need to work in the shop at the main location to fix equipment and prepare it for busy seasons including cleaning vehicles, tidying up the shop/workspace. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.

Special Requirements:

Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company HR hiring practices as allowed by law. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license. Requires 3 months experience.
