- Job Duties:
- We operate a sorghum, cotton and milo farm. We need seasonal employees to operate farm equipment including combines, tractors, sprayers and other farm equipment to harvest crops. Job duties will include: operate tractors, sprayers, irrigation equipment, operate other farm equipment. Employees will need to do routine maintenance on equipment. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contact period at the employer's discretion. Employer may provide pay increases for longevity and experience.
