Job Duties:

Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery much of which is equipped with GPS such as combine, sprayer, loader, tillage tool for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting, moving, storing, harvesting grain and oilseed crops such as hay, silage, wheat, corn, milo; Operate haying equipment for hay production of swathing, raking, baling, stacking and transporting from field to storage; Load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields, load crops and drive trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, piles/bags; Repair and upkeep farm buildings, fences, and other structures; Scrape, pile, spread manure on fields as fertilizer; Push, load dirt; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping. Must be able to speak and understand English.

Special Requirements:

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
