Job Duties:

Workers will operate 300-600hp farm machinery to till, plant, spray, cultivate, and harvest corn, soy, beans, and wheat crops and perform all aspects of farming these crops. Workers will maintain and repair equipment and facilities. Must be physically able to regularly lift 50 lbs., climb and check grain bins, and have no fear of heights. No smoking is allowed on property or housing. Workers must possess at least an operator driver’s license to transport crops to market, tech or GPS navigation experience is helpful. Drug screens will be conducted post hire, randomly,and upon accident or incident and will be at the cost of the employer. Failure or refusal of the drug test is grounds for immediate termination.
