Job Description

- Job Duties:
- Operating brush beaters, 100hp tractors, chainsaws, pole saws and stump grinders for brush control; cut down and remove dead brush and trees; chopping weeds in yards and corals including using backpack sprayer for spring weed control; placing horn weights on yearling bulls, spraying bulls for lice before spring release; stacking and putting mineral block and mineral tubs; prepare land for planting of native and improved grasses; repairs pipeline right of ways for seeding grasses; planting, watering trees for survival; filling holes in ranch roads and driveways with caliche; repairs to windmills including replacing leathers, well houses and water sources for livestock including clean, scrub and Clorox water troughs; digging up and repairing of water lines, daily repairs and maintenance to windmills, equipment, machinery and fences; drives pickup to obtain parts and supplies; maintaining inventory; working cattle and colts, birthing heifers; digging holes; speak and understand English.

- Special Requirements:
- Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
