- Job Duties:
- Workers will assist in the cultivation, planting, spraying, digging, fertilizing, harvesting, and pruning of plants on land pertaining to the farm. Workers will assist in loading, sorting, and transporting plants to storage areas. Workers will assist in cleaning and maintaining the equipment, facilities, and general area including but not limited to fences, barns, yards, storage areas and vessels. Workers will plant, cultivate, and harvest crops to include but not limited to hay and other miscellaneous vegetables. Workers must be physically able to bend and stoop for long periods of time. Able to stand on their feet for long periods of time. Physically able to meet and perform all other job specifications as required. Plants consist of tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, lettuce, and cauliflower. Trabajadores ayudaran en la cultivacion, plantando, rociando, cavando, fertilizando, y cortando plantas en la tierra que pertenece a la finca. Ayudando en cargando y transportando las plantas hasta el area de almacenaje.
