- Job Duties:
- Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2092 Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse such as: Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops; Load inputs and drive trucks to transport to employer’s fields, load employer’s crops and drive trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, piles/bags in close proximity to the farm. You’ll have some equipment you operate more than others. And one tractor that you will most likely operate more than anyone else. Respect the equipment, stay current on maintenance and keep everything greased. Keep it clean both inside and out whenever possible. You may be asked to do anything from running a tractor to picking up limbs. It’s all part of the job. Maintain a clean shop. Fill up your tractor with fuel in the evenings before you leave for the day. Clean up the cab/dispose of any trash. Report on the group message what got completed that day. Slander, Gossip, mudslinging will not be tolerated.

- Special Requirements:
- Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
