Job Duties:

We need seasonal equipment operators. Employees will need to have row crop experience as well as experience operating John Deere tractor or similar to plant, spray and harvest peanuts, corn and pick cotton. Employees will need to operate farm equipment to harvest and haul crop from fields to storage. Complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Operate and repair irrigation systems. Complete general farm duties as assigned. Assist with cattle as directed. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion. May provide pay increases for longevity and experience.

Special Requirements:

Prior experience operating GPS guided equipment is beneficial. Must have a regular driver's license. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Job requires receptive movements. Employer will conduct post-hire random drug tests at employer's expense to comply with a drug-free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Require 3 months experience.
