Job Duties:
to assist with the cleaning and preparing fields for the upcoming season; planting of sugar cane by hand; to operate farm equipment in sugar cane fields during the harvesting of the crop; operation and performing minor repairs and maintenance of farm vehicles and equipment; farm and field sanitation duties. Able to work in hot humid weather, bending and stooping to reach ground level crop and able to stand on feet for a long period of time. Once hired, workers may be required to take random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination.
