Job Duties:
Duties may include: Perform all duties related to grain harvest. Perform safety operational checks on tools, equipment daily for safe operation. Operate 2-way radio & fire extinguisher in case of field fires. Extensive stooping, bending, walking, tarp loads, wash, clean, wax equipment. When necessary, workers will be permitted to team lift objects weighing up to 90 lbs. Respect all property, equipment, and persons. Must not have allergies working in hay/grain field operation that may impair. Long hours apply; also downtimes may apply as hours may fluctuate due to weather and crop. Maintain all areas: sanitary, cleanliness & other related Ag Equipment Operator activities as per SOC/OES 45-2091 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work.

Must be 18 years of age. Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 90lbs (safety standards require that anything to be lifted over 75lbs. requires at least 2 people); may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified. Based on Employer's discretion/cost: Worker may have random drug/alcohol testing during employment: positive test/refusal to abide = dismissal. Variable weather conditions may apply. Cell Phone use during work hours (outside of employer-designated break periods) is strictly prohibited. Worker must be able to obtain a valid US Driver's License within 2 weeks of reporting to work.
