- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to drive tractors to prepare fields for planting sugarcane, putting out fertilizer for hand planting sugarcane, drive tractors during the harvest, perform minor repair and maintenance on farm equipment, cleaning equipment, shovel work, perform field sanitation duties, etc. General farm labor, such as shovel work, drainage, cleaning shop, etc will be required. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost to the worker to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
