Job Duties:

Job duties include performing manual labor to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops by hand. Workers will pick cotton and mechanically prepare fields, plant, cultivate, and harvest crops. Store grain and clean grain bins. Employees will operate equipment such as tractors, combines, trucks, grain bins, grain carts, disks, planters, cultivators, irrigation wells, and cotton pickers. The manual labor on the farm will also include irrigation, mowing grass and weeds, climbing ladders at grain carts, and cleaning equipment. Employees must be able to lift 75 lbs., climb 6'-50' ft ladders in grain bins, have 3 months of experience, and the ability to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Workdays may include weekends. An increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit. Drug testing may be conducted post-hire at the employer's expense. --------------------------- Los deberes laborales incluyen realizar trabajos manuales para plantar, cultivar e irrigar cultivos a mano. Special Requirements:

Workers must be constantly alert and adhere to all safety rules as instructed by the supervisor. Workers must take care to handle tools, equipment, and products in a manner that avoids injury or damage. No use or possession of alcohol or unlawful drugs is permitted during work time, or any workday on or before work is completed. Workers may not report for work under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs. Illegal drugs may not be used nor kept on the employer's premises. Except for the worker's assigned housing, workers may not enter the employer's premises at times other than during hours the employee is scheduled to work or when authorized by the person in charge. Workers must use toilet and handwashing facilities and practice good personal hygiene.
