Job Duties:

We farm 5,500 acres of wheat, corn, canola, sugarbeets, dry edible beans, and soybeans. The wheat and soybeans are raised for seed and conditioned on our farm. In the spring and fall we will be doing field work, weather permitting. We are looking for mostly farm truck drivers with some tractor driving. In the summer we work in the yard doing building, machinery and yard maintenance. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial trucking is required. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.

Special Requirements:

Employer will conduct post-hire, random drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
