Job Duties:

Duties include preparing fields for planting by picking rocks and operating tractors to till the soil. Operate farming equipment to plant, spray, cultivate, harvest, and haul grain, soybean, oilseed, and potato crops. General farm duties such as servicing and repairing equipment, maintenance, and shop work will all need to be done. Winterize farming equipment at the end of the farming season. They will haul materials, supplies, or crops to designated locations. Routine maintenance will be done on all equipment & grounds. Workers must be able to work independently after being given instructions and must be team players when needed. Clean and winterize farming equipment at the end of the farming season. Requirements: - Employees have valid driver's licenses or obtain one in 30 days. - Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. - NO TEXTING. - No smoking in equipment, vehicles, housing or grounds. - No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours and otherwise discouraged. - Must be able to read, understand and speak English for record keeping and safety reasons. - No Educational level is required. - Must have three months of tractor driving installed with GPS and towed implements. Operate and understand GPS computerized monitors.
